Letter to manager: I have just sold my condo and purchased another through your company. I did not know a real estate agent so one was recommended to me. Bonnie Thompson was a gift I never expected to have. The reason I say this is two fold. I have had very bad experiences in the past and I didn't expect to get a lot of attention as the costs of the condos I was selling and purchasing were minimal in today's market.  The amount of time Bonnie spent with me and the quality of that time amazed me.
